A fuel chamber 4 is formed of a diaphragm 3 and a housing 1, a spring chamber 5 is formed of the diaphragm 3 and a diaphragm cover 2, and a fuel inflow passage 6 and a valve seat hole 7 open to the fuel chamber 4. A ring valve part 3A to open and close the valve seat hole 7 is integrally formed on the diaphragm 3. A retainer 8 is arranged on an opposite surface 3C on the side of the spring chamber of the diaphragm 3, and a cylindrical outside wall 8B of the retainer 8 is guided and arranged on a cylindrical side surface 2A of the diaphragm cover 2 free to slide. One end 9A of a spring 9 in the spring chamber 5 is engaged with the diaphragm cover 2, and the other end 9B is engaged with the retainer 8.
