Abstract:
To provide a pressure cooker which can establish the time duration of a pressure keeping process.
A pressure cooker provides a cooling fan 21 which is a forced cooling means to cool a cooking pot 3 compulsorily, a heating means 25, a control means 26 which controls the cooling fan 21, and a pressure keeping time setting switch 13d as a pressure keeping time setting means which sets up the time duration of a pressure keeping process to keep the cooking pan 3 hermetically. The control means 26 carries out the pressure keeping process of the time duration established after heating the cooking pot 3 and carries out a pressure reduction process to cool the cooking pot 3 compulsorily by the cooling fan 21 after the time duration.
