Abstract:
PURPOSE: It can prevent the generation of errors in a pressure detection unit by installing a partition wall which consists of fexible film inside the big-tube guide of the bath side in a pressure detection unit which detects the quantity of liquid in the bath, thereby preventing the liquid invasion into the finetube which is connected with the big-tube and pressure detector.
