Title:
PRESSURE-DETECTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3285330
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-detecting device which enables an easily inserting of a pressure-sensitive sensor into an insertion hole.
SOLUTION: A pressure-detecting device 10 has an elliptical sectional shape where an insertion hole 196 of a protector 148 is in a short-diameter direction nearly along the forward and backward directions of a vehicle, and the short- diameter direction is nearly equal to the outer-diameter dimension of a skin part 124. Then, when the skin part 124 is inserted into the insertion hole 196, a gap S is formed at the side of the skin part 124. As a result, the slide resistance between the outer-periphery part of the skin part 124 and the inner- periphery of the insertion hole 196 becomes small, the skin part 124 can be easily inserted into the insertion hole 196.
