Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only one pressure sensor unit with the same specifications to be prepared, even when there exist many kinds of forms of target members for electrically connecting a lead for connecting a pressure sensor unit.
SOLUTION: A pressure sensor unit 1 is in structure where four leads 4a-4d for connection are withdrawn from a sensor case 2. A joint member 9 is provided with a terminal retention part 11 and a connection part 12 that are integrally molded by an insulation material, and conductive leads 13-15 are subjected to insert forming. In the conductive leads 13-15, the part of their terminal plates 13a-15a is exposed to the same surface side and terminal pieces 13b-15b project outside. Joint members in a plurality of types of forms where a connector part with a different shape is connected integrally to a terminal retention part where a terminal plate is arranged similarly are prepared for those other than the joint members 9, the pressure sensor unit 1 is assembled to a joint member that is selected from them, and the leads 4a-4d for connection are electrically connected to a target member via the joint member.
