Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily detect secular changes without stopping the operation of a plant, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A reference resistor section 80 which does not cause much temperature change is provided near a pressure receiving section 70 and the output of the section 80 is supplied to a switching section 90. The outputs of a differential pressure sensor 101, static pressure sensor 102, and temperature sensor 103 are also supplied to the section 90. In addition, a command signal from a microprocessor 61 is also supplied to the section 90 through a conversion circuit 31. The section 90 is kept turned off in the normal mode and turned on by means of the command signal from the processor 61 at the time of inspecting secular changes. The output of the bridge composed of the resistor of the sensor 101 and the reference resistor 80 is monitored by detecting output and supplying the output to the processor 61 from the conversion circuit 31. When a secular change exceeds a prescribed level, the processor 61 supplies a command signal to a display 65 through a conversion circuit 67 to make the display 65 to display a warning.
