Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stably retain a pressure sensor device, to improve the durability, to ensure the insulation, and to improve the working reliability by using an insulating seat and an insulating ring for the pressure sensor device. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor device 21, a cylindrical case 22 in which a semiconductor diffusion type strain gauge is protected, are provided, and a flange 23 is formed around the case. A pressure leading pipe 24, a lead pin 25, and a spacer 26 on disc for holding the pressure sensor device 21, are also provided, while a radial groove for guiding the lead pin, and a screw hole for fixing the pressure sensor device, are formed on the upper surface of the spacer. An insulating seat 42 is formed between the upper surface of the flange and a presser plate 40, while an insulating seat 43 is placed between the under surface of the pressure sensor device 21 and the metallic spacer 26, and a through hole as well as a notch inserted through the pressure leading pipe 24 and the lead pin 25, are formed on the insulating seat 43, in an integrated manner.
