Abstract:
To provide a pressure device for simultaneously pressing two S-PWB and a tape carrier package(TCP) with a uniform and sufficient pressure regardless of the fluctuation of thickness between print wiring boards(S-PWB) at a source electrode side.
In this device for pressure and pressing a plurality of materials arranged between an upper pressure part and a lower pressure part, either the upper pressure or the lower pressure part is configured of two or more pressure parts in divided structures to independently pressure materials.
