Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for applying as much uniform a pressure as possible to an object to be pressed with a stepped part, a pressure system for pressure-attaching the allowance part of a synthetic resin box in which a pressure device is assembled, and a system for manufacturing the synthetic resin box using the pressure system.
CONSTITUTION: The pressure device is composed of a pressure roller group with a displacement mechanism to deal with the stepped part of an object to be pressed, paired conveyor belts for transporting the object under pressure by holding the object between the belts, located at the lower position of the pressure roller group, and a support member for the lower conveyor belt. The subject pressure system is used for attaching an allowance part on the synthetic resin box in which the pressure device is assembled, under pressure. The subject system for manufacturing the synthetic resin box uses the pressure system.
