Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pressure device capable of evenly sustaining the temperature variability in the long direction of the pressurizing part at the front end of a pressurizing head not affected by the temperature dispersion in the long direction of a heater as the heat source of the pressurizing head provided on the head.
CONSTITUTION: Holes 9 are bored in the pressurizing part at the front end of a head 5 so as to specify the temperature in the long direction in the pressurizing part at the front end of the same 5 by selecting the plugs made of the materials in the specific heat higher or lower than that of the head material to be inserted into the holes 9. Through these procedures, an anisotropical conductive sheets can be thermal set according to a specification to correctly connect the whole liquid crystal panel 2 and the TAB components 4 so that the yield in production as well as the productivity may be enhanced.
