Title:
PRESSURE-EQUALIZING PIPE ARRANGEMENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3147280
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify instrumentation, to enhance the reliability and to prevent a misoperation in the zero-adjustment by a method wherein a measurement differential pressure is detected by a differential pressure-measuring device body in a normal stage and an equalizer valve is opened to equalize the pressures in a high pressure side connecting pipe and in a constant pressure side connecting pipe in the zero-adjustment stage.
CONSTITUTION: In the title device, a three-way valve is not used and zero-checking is carried out by only one equalizer valve 24 so that the instrumentation is simplified and connecting points are reduced, thereby enhancing the reliability of the instrumentation. In addition, the zero-adjustment, that conventionally requires the operation of a stop valve and an equalizer valve, can be done by the operation of only the equalizer valve, thereby reducing an operation time of the zero-adjustment and a misoperation in the operation procedure. In a conventional device, in order to execute the zero-adjustment by an electromotive operation, at least two valves should be replaced to electromotive types and an operation program for both of the valves should be required. However, it is possible to obtain a pressure equalizing pipe arrangement device wherein only the equalizer valve is needed to be electromotive whereby the automatic zero adjustment can be easily executed at a low cost. As a result, the instrumentation is simplified, the reliability is enhanced and a misoperation in the zero-adjustment is prevented.
