PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-feeding device that increases the probability that autonomous startup is performed even when freezing occurs, and a fuel battery system having the same.SOLUTION: A pressure-feeding device comprises a first pressure-feeding part 41 for pressure-feeding fluid, a second pressure-feeding part 42 for pressure-feeding fluid, and a main flow passage 44 through which fluid flows and which has a branch part 43. The pressure-feeding device further comprises a first branch flow passage 45 which is branched from the branch part 43 of the main flow passage 44 and connected to the first pressure-feeding part 41, and a second branch flow passage 46 which is branched from the branch part 43 of the main flow passage 44 and connected to the second pressure-feeding part 42. The first branch flow passage 45 extends upwards from the branch part 43, and is connected to the first pressure-feeding part 41. The second branch flow passage 46 extends from the branch part 43 horizontally or horizontally and downwards and is connected to the second pressure-feeding part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
