Abstract:

To provide a pressure fitting method for bearings of a small motor capable of eliminating a secondary processing after pressure fitting for facilitating the fabrication process and suppressing the cost and of being established with a mitigated dimensional accuracy (dispersion) of the bearing hole inside diameter of a housing.

From below the bearing hole 11c, the housing 11 is inserted to a pressurizing jig 13 until it abuts to a step 13c. A bearing 10 is placed on the top of the bearing hole 11c in the housing 11, and from over it, a pressurizing jig 12 is pressed, and pressure fitting is conducted. At this time, the pressurization part of the metal bearing 10 pressed by ring parts 12a and 13a runs off to the outside and deforms to intrude into ring grooves 11a and 11b in the housing 11, and the metal bearing 10 is fixed to the specified position of the housing 11.
