Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tensile condition of a cylindrical body on laterally sealing it and seal the face in a flat condition, by providing a check valve at a liquid hole provided on a pressure flange body, preventing the liquid from flowing up but allowing it to flow down.
SOLUTION: When a cylindrical body 18 is pushed by a lateral seal device 23 on laterally sealing it and the liquid pressure under a pressure flange body 15 rises, a check valve 20 is pushed up by the liquid 24 and a liquid hole 19 is closed. In this way, the cylindrical body 18 is pressurized by the liquid 24 and tensed and hence, the seal face 25 is made flat and laterally sealed completely. By pressurizing and heating it by a lateral seal device 23, when the speed bringing down the cylinder 18 exceeds the supply volume of the liquid 24 from the injection nozzle 16 and the inside of the cylinder 18 at the lower side of the pressure flange body 15 becomes negative, the liquid hole 19 is opened by the check valve 20. In this way, the liquid 24 in the upper side of the pressure flange body flows down to the lower side thereof through the liquid hole 19 to prevent the deformation of the cylindrical body 18 and hence, a paper container having a more perfect shape, filled with the liquid, can be produced.
