Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure gage allowing welding of a joint to a Bourdon tube even if they have different materials, and capable of attaining automatization of a manufacturing line and reduction of a manufacturing cost by unification of assembling equipment and an assembling process.
SOLUTION: In this pressure gage 10 equipped with a case body 11 having a joint 12 coupled with an extinguisher body 70, a transparent cover 15 mounted on the case body 11, for forming a storing space S together with the case body 11, and a Bourdon tube 17 stored in the storing space S, into which a pressure from the extinguisher body 70 is introduced, a pipe 13 having different material from the material of the joint 12 is inserted into the inside of the joint 12, and an aperture 18 between the pipe 13 and the joint 12 is sealed by silver soldering A, and the pipe 13 and the Bourdon tube 17 are joined by weld joining C. Hereby, the joint 12 and the Bourdon tube 17 can be welded through the pipe 13, even if they have different unweldable materials.
