Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure gauge detachable joint in which there is no risk of fluid leaking from a connection of a pressure gauge with the joint without taking labor against attachment work of the pressure gauge.SOLUTION: The joint comprises a valve body 3 fitted in a casing 2 in a manner movable in a longitudinal direction and a spring 5 urging the valve body 3 to a valve closing direction by abutting against one end of the longitudinal direction of the valve body 3. It is formed in the valve body 3 with an internal flow passage of which one end opens on a peripheral side face of the valve body 3 and of which other end opens on the other end of the longitudinal direction of the valve body 3. An end face seal 7c closes a clearance of an abutting part composed of an end part of a pressure gauge attachment part 100a and an other end of the valve body 3. A second side face seal 7b closes a clearance of a fitting part of the casing 2 and a valve body region positioning nearer to other end of the valve body than one end opening of the internal flow passage. The first side face seal 7a opens or closes a clearance of the fitting part of the casing 2 and a valve body region positioning nearer to one end of the valve body 3 than one end opening of the internal flow passage. Closure operation of the end face seal 7c goes ahead of opening operation of the first side face seal 7a and closure operation of the first side face seal 7a goes ahead of closure release operation of the end face seal 7c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
