A resin connector housing 1 has a bonded zone A, etc., adhered to terminal pins 2a, 2b (metal members) and holds a sealed liquid 13. Wire bonded zones of the terminal pins 2a, 2b (metal members), electrically connected to a pressure sensitive element 5 via bonding wires 12, are made of a metal α, having approximately the same composition as that of the bonding wire 12. The metal α may be, e.g. aluminum(Al) or an aluminum alloy, etc. Portions, made of the metal α of the metal members are formed more preferably like strings extending from the wire bond zones to at least the bonded zone A between the metal members and the housing 1. Such a constitution enhances adhesion of the housing 1 or a sealing material 14 to the metal members, and adhesion strength of the bonding wire 12 to the metal member.
