To provide the pressure governor valve of the feed water controller of a sanitary washing device which can use an inexpensive material for a valve body by reducing the load placed on the valve body.
The pressure governor valve 2 has a water feed part 3a, a primary pressure chamber 4a which communicates with the water feed part 3a, a secondary pressure chamber 4b into which the water from the primary pressure chamber 4a flows, the valve body 5 which is provided between the primary pressure chamber and secondary pressure chamber 4b, a diaphragm 7 which is fitted to the valve body 4 and displaced by receiving pressure, a spring 8 which energizes the diaphragm 7 against the pressure applied thereto, a housing 3 which has a valve body lower chamber 4c communicating with the secondary pressure chamber 4b and provided below the valve body 5, and a secondary pressure flow passage 9 which links the secondary pressure chamber 4b and valve body lower chamber 43c with each other; and the secondary pressure flow passage 9 is formed as a flow passage system which does not include the inside of the valve body 5.
