Title:
PRESSURE INTENSIFIER TYPE FLUID PRESSURE CYLINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007085492
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To simplify the structure by providing a pressure intensifier type fluid pressure cylinder, which outputs large operating force in the vicinity of a push end of a piston rod.

In a cylinder 1, a first piston 9 and a second piston 11 are movably provided in the state of separating from each other in the axial direction, and being integrated with each other through a connecting shaft 13, and a mover 21 moving between them is provided between the first piston 9 and the second piston 11. When the first and second pistons 9, 11 are integrally moved by a working fluid supplied to an operating pressure chamber 31, the mover 21 is relatively moved from the position to come into contact with the piston 11 to the first piston 9 side, thereby forming a pressure intensifying chamber 35 between the second piston 11 and the mover 21. A working fluid is introduced from the first cylinder chamber 31 through a working fluid passage 37 into the pressure intensifying chamber 35.
