Title:
PRESSURE INTENSIFIER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008223841
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To more smoothly displace a piston by reducing sliding resistance in displacement of the piston, and to improve durability.

In a pressure intensifier 10 having a cylinder mechanism 16 including a pair of cylinder tube 12a, 12b and pistons 14a, 14b, a floating mechanism 22 capable of absorbing biased load applied on the pistons 14a, 14b from a piston rod 26 is provided between the pistons 14a, 14b and the piston rod 26. The floating mechanism 2 is composed of an oscillating bolt 38 connected to both end parts of the piston rod 26, retention plates 46 installed on end surfaces of the pistons 14a, 14b respectively and retaining the oscillating bolt 38 in such a manner that the oscillating bolt 38 can freely oscillate, and a fixing plate 48 provided between the end part of the piston rod 26 and the retention plate 46.
