Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure intensifier capable of easily rebooting even in a case where a selector valve stops at a neutral position, for example, due to reduction of supplied fluid pressure.SOLUTION: A pressure intensifier 10 includes: a pair of cylinders 12a, 12b with a sensor unit 20 held therebetween; pistons 14a, 14b respectively disposed inside the pair of cylinders; and a piston rold 26 connecting the pair of pistons. The cylinder has driving chamber 34a, 34b, and pressure intensification chamber 36a, 36b defined by the piston, and includes a selector valve 18 configured to be switched by contacting with the piston, and a reset valve 98 disposed in a flow passage connecting one of the pair of driving chambers and a support port 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
