To provide a pressure intensifying device for a vehicle for high-lift work that is free of a failure in supply of high-pressure oil and does not make a worker feel discomfort in operation.
There is provided a pressure intensifying device 1 for a vehicle for high-lift work that includes a hydraulic power source 11, a pressure intensifying cylinder 12, a take-out oil passage 13 which can be connected to a hydraulic tool T, and sequence control means 22 of supplying hydraulic oil from the hydraulic power source 11 to the take-out oil passage 13 when the hydraulic pressure in the take-out oil passage 13 is in a low pressure state, and supplying the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic power source 11 to the pressure intensifying cylinder 12 and then supplying high-pressure oil from the pressure intensifying cylinder 12 to the take-out oil passage 13 when the hydraulic pressure in the take-out oil passage 13 is put into a high-pressure state. The high-pressure oil is supplied to the take-out oil passage 13 after the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic power source 11 is supplied directly to the take-out oil passage 13 and therefore, even if air enters the take-out oil passage 13, the air is compressed in advance with the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic power source 11, so that no failure in supply of the high-pressure oil is caused.
