Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measuring device that suppresses a decrease in accuracy of measurement due to bubbles of hydrogen that has entered the device from the outside of the device or bubbles of hydrogen formed by radiolysis or pyrolysis of a filler liquid and achieves easy maintenance.SOLUTION: A pressure measuring device detects a pressure value of a fluid to be measured using a pressure sensor, by transmitting a pressure of the fluid to be measured that is received by a diaphragm to the pressure sensor through a filler liquid in a pressure-guiding passage. The pressure measuring device comprises: a displacer that receives the pressure of the fluid to be measured; a main body that has the pressure sensor; and a capillary that transmits the pressure of the fluid to be measured that is received by the displacer to the main body. The displacer, the capillary, and the main body transmit the pressure through a plurality of diaphragms and the filler liquid. At least in the displacer, a wiry hydrogen-absorbing member that absorbs hydrogen dissolved in the filler liquid is located on a wall surface of a pressure-receiving chamber that has a diaphragm and is filled with the filler liquid, or in the pressure-guiding passage that is filled with the filler liquid and communicates with the pressure-receiving chamber.
