Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-measuring device that can predict the corrosion of a diaphragm.
SOLUTION: A pressure-measuring device where a liquid-contacting diaphragm 3 is provided at the liquid-contacting part with a measurement fluid is provided with a corrosion detection electrode 12 that is in contact with the measurement fluid being provided at the above liquid-contacting part, a resistance detection circuit for detecting the change in thickness due to the measurement fluid of the corrosion detection electrode as the change in resistance, a memory circuit for storing the correlation relationship between the change in the degree of corrosion of the liquid-contacting diaphragm 3 and that in the resistance of the corrosion detection electrode 12, and a CPU circuit for transmitting a signal when a specific degree of corrosion of the liquid-contacting diaphragm 3 is reached according to the storage value of the memory circuit and the detection value of the above resistance detection circuit.
