Abstract:
To provide a pressure measurement device capable of accurately measuring minute gas pressure.SOLUTION: A pressure measurement device comprises: an electronic balance 10 having a tare subtraction function, with weighting accuracy of 0.01 gram or less; a cylindrical open container 20 placed on a measuring plate 12 of the electronic balance; a cylindrical closed container 30 to which a pressure introduction tube 60 is connected; and a siphon tube 40 for connecting liquid accumulated in the open container to liquid accumulated in the closed container, which includes a first cylindrical tube 42, a second cylindrical tube 44 and a communication tube 46 communicating the upper end of the first cylindrical tube with the upper end of the second cylindrical tube. Dimensions of an inner diameter of the open container, an inner diameter of the closed container, an outer diameter of the first cylindrical tube and an outer diameter of the second cylindrical tube are designed so that a measured value of the electronic balance matches gage pressure of gas introduced from the pressure introduction tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
