Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure oil energy recovery device of such a structure that the displacement of a hydraulic motor fed with the returning pressure oil is controlled and stable operating performance of a working machine is established.
SOLUTION: The pressure oil energy recovery device includes a controller 25 in which the relational formula A=f(X) is stored previously, where X is the displacement amount of a control lever 24 and A is the virtual opening area of a throttle. The opening area A is computed based on the displacement amount X of the control lever 24, and the target rate of flow Q0=C1×A(√PA) of the returning pressure oil, where C1 is the discharge coefficient, is computed based on the opening area A, the pressure PA of the returning pressure oil fed to the hydraulic motor 30, and the general formula Q=C×A(√P) of the throttle, and then the target displacement qA0=(Q0/n)×C2 of the hydraulic motor 30 is computed, where C2 is the motor efficiency. In order to make the displacement qA of the hydraulic motor 30 equal to the target displacement qA0, a solenoid proportioning valve 33 adjusts the oil pressure in a hydraulic cylinder 11a of a displacement changing part 11 so as to control the position of a piston 11b.
