PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation of setting pressure at which a valve body starts opening by reducing action of differential pressure between low pressure and high pressure in a pressure operation valve for performing such operation that the valve body starts opening at the setting pressure by deformation of a diaphragm.SOLUTION: A valve chamber 13 is communicated with a secondary side joint 12a, and a primary side joint 11a is communicated with a valve port 21. A valve body 3 is inserted into a valve insertion hole 14 for communicating the valve chamber 13 and a pressure chamber A. The valve port 21 and the pressure chamber A are communicated by pressure introduction passages 3a, 3b of the valve body 3. High pressure of fluid flowing from the primary side joint 11a is applied to a side end of the valve port 21 of the valve body 3 and a portion exposed to the pressure chamber A from the valve insertion hole 14. Under a valve closing state, force due to differential pressure between low pressure and high pressure applied to the valve body 3 is directed to an opposite direction, and forces are cancelled by each other.
