To provide a pressure reducing valve which stably makes control even when the opening of a main valve element is small in a main valve, and is reduced in size.
The pressure reducing valve 1 comprises: the main valve 10 having the piston main valve element 12 for opening/closing the main valve port 11 of a main flow passage 5; a guide bar 40 for guiding by sliding the piston main valve element 12 in an opening/closing direction; a sub-flow passage 50 for allowing a primary side flow passage 6 to communicate with a secondary side flow passage 7; a sub-valve element 22 for opening/closing a sub-valve port 21 arranged in the middle of the sub-flow passage 50; and a sub-valve 20 having a sub-cylinder driving part 25 for opening/closing the sub-valve element 22 via a sub-valve shaft 23. The sub-flow passage 50 is arranged to successively go through the guide bar 40 and the piston main valve element 12. The sub-valve port 21 is disposed inside the guide bar 40. The sub-valve element 22 of the sub-valve 20 and the sub-valve shaft 23 are arranged by insertion in the axial direction of the guide bar 40 so as to be opened/closed relative to the sub-valve port 21, to the inside of a hollow part 53b which is arranged inside the guide bar 40 by communication with the sub-valve port 21.
