PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE

PURPOSE: To dispense with a coil spring for energizing a moving member, eliminate a resonance phenomenon of a spring and abrasion of a sliding surface, and enhance reliability by providing a permanent magnet at the end of the moving member formed integrally with a valve seat on a side opposite to the valve seat and another permanent magnet resilient against the above-mentioned magnet in a fixing member of the valve.
CONSTITUTION: In a pressure reducing valve housed inside a fluid circuit, fluid flowing in an inlet passage 9 is supplied into a secondary chamber 3 through a primary chamber, a nozzle 5 and a valve seat disposed at the end 6a of a moving member 6, to be thus discharged to the outside through a discharge passage 10 after its pressure is reduced. Resilient force of a coil spring 13 for pushing down an adjusting panel 12 is adjusted by screwing an adjusting screw 15 formed integrally with a handle 15a so that a degree of pressure reduction is adjusted. In this pressure reducing valve, an energizing means for energizing the moving member 6 upward is such constituted that a permanent magnet 16 is disposed at the end of the moving member 6 on a side opposite to the valve seat and another permanent magnet 17 repulsive against the magnet 16 is provided in a screw 18 with a flange. Consequently, it is possible to eliminate a resonance phenomenon of the spring.
