Abstract:
The present invention provides a gas pressure regulating valve capable of, even under a high-pressure fuel gas circumstance, more precisely regulating secondary pressure of the high-pressure fuel gas to target pressure and preventing the fuel gas from leaking to the atmosphere. An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve 1 is an in tank type and can cause a valve body 17 to move by an electromagnetic proportional solenoid 31 to adjust an opening degree of a valve passage 46, thereby regulating secondary pressure p 2 to target pressure. A diaphragm seal 21 and a low-pressure sealing member 22 respectively seal both sides of a bearing member 20 slidingly supporting the valve body 17. The diaphragm seal 21 receives the secondary pressure p 2 from a pressure return chamber 25 to cause the valve body 17 to move toward a closed position. A back pressure chamber 27 connected to a primary port 41 is formed in the valve body 17 by a seal rod 26 inserted in the valve body 17. A communication passage 30 connected to a secondary port 12b is formed at a side of the seal rod 26, and a high-pressure sealing member 29 seals between the communication passage 30 and the back pressure chamber 27.
