To restrain a noise generated by a pressure regulating valve with a simple mechanism.
A pressure regulating valve is composed of a seat valve with an outflow pathway that liquid passes at valve opening, and a seat valve that abuts on the seat body and seals the outflow pathway. The shape of valve is formed so as to flow liquid passing through the valve towards an inner circumference face of the outflow pathway. Then, the noise generated by the pressure regulating valve can be restrained simply, because it can be restrained to become the occurrence resource of noise by the reason that liquid comes off in the outflow pathway. The width of an abutting part between the seat valve and the seat body is made bias on the surroundings of the end face of the outflow pathway, in the case that the valve is composed of an end face of the outflow pathway and a seat body that abuts on the seat valve having the outflow pathway at the end face of the outflow pathway is provided with the end face of the outflow pathway. Then, coming off of liquid can be restrained simply because liquid passing the valve becomes to flow towards the inner circumference face of the outflow pathway.
