Title:
PRESSURE RESISTANT STRUCTURE OF BELLOWS VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0953751
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide pressure resistant structure of a bellows valve capable of operating economically surely without being broken even by the pressure of fluid over the highest pressure which the conventional bellows endures in use.

This device is provided with valve body 5 axially slid by an operation from the exterior in a casing 10 to open and close a valve seat 4, a guide ring 8 fixed in the casing to guide the valve body, an inner bellows 33 extending axially of the valve body between the valve body and guide ring and an outer bellows 34 extending concentrically parallel with the inner bellows outside the inner bellows. Pressure resisting structure of a bellows valve is constituted by enclosing high pressure inert gas between the inner and outer bellows against the pressure of control fluid flowing between the outer periphery of the valve body and the inner bellows through a sliding gap 39.
