Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce residual air in a steaming device and a cage in a short time and improve deairing efficiency and reduce steaming unevenness even when a low-temperature treating material or a large amount of treating material packed in large scale cage is subjected to steaming treatment.
SOLUTION: One or plural steam jetting pipes 12 having many steam holes 14 on the surface are extended from a nozzle inserting port 10 formed on wall part of the cage 6 along the center of the interior of the cage 6. A steam feeding pipe 16 having a nozzle 24 which is detachably bondable to the nozzle inserting port 10 is installed in a steaming apparatus 1 and the nozzle 24 is detached or attached to the nozzle inserting port 10 by vertically moving the steam feeding pipe 16 by a pair of lateral hydraulic cylinders 18.
