To provide a pressure rice cooker capable of surely closing an inner pot and an inner lid and causing no deformation of a rice cooker body or an outer lid.
This pressure rice cooker is provided with: the rice cooker body 1 storing the inner pot 2 having a flange part 2a; the outer lid 3 provided at the upper part of the rice cooker body 1, having one side pivoted to a hinge part 6 of the rice cooker body 1 and the other end locked to the rice cooker body 1 by a locking device 7 and openably covering the upper-part opening of the rice cooker body 1; the inner lid 4 detachably attached to the outer lid 3; a pressure regulation port 24 provided at the inner lid 4 and having a prescribed opening toward the inner pot 2; a valve body 26 provided at the inner lid 4 and closing the pressure regulation port 24; a pressure regulator 34 provided at the outer lid 3 and controlling the valve body 26; and two clamping devices 36A and 36B clamping the flange part 2a of the inner pot 2 and the outer peripheral part 4a of the inner lid 4.
