PURPOSE: The titled composition, containing a graft copolymer consisting of a rubbery component, e.g. natural rubber, and a vinyl monomer in a specific proportion essentially, and having improved aging resistance, tackiness to a polar and nonpolar surfaces and transparency of an adhesive layer.
CONSTITUTION: A composition prepared by incorporating (A) a graft copolymer consisting of (A) 10W90wt%, preferably 30W70wt%, rubbery component consisting of natural rubber or a synthetic rubber, e.g. butadiene-styrene copolymeric rubber, or a mixture thereof with (B) 90W10wt%, preferably 70W30wt%, vinyl monomer, e.g.(meth)acrylic acid or its ester with a 1W12C alcohol, as main components, and preferably (C) a rubber antioxidant, e.g. 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane, in an amount of 1.0wt% based on the component (A).
USE: Suitable to a board for laminating a metal, e.g. aluminum foil.
