To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in flame retardancy as well as in self-adhesive properties and transparency, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive laminated product provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer comprising a recurring unit composed of a (meth)acrylic acid ester (A) bearing a phosphoric acid ester group, a recurring unit composed of a (meth)acrylic acid ester (B) bearing a 1-18C alkyl group, and a recurring unit composed of at least one (C) selected from the group consisting of an amine compound copolymerizable with the (A) and the (B), dimethyl(meth)acrylamide and acryloylmorpholine.
