To reduce pain and damage to skin with hair removing processing by providing a net-like sheet to be placed on a part to be hair-removed and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to adhere to hair at the part to be hair- removed.
When the net-like sheet 1 closely integrating a rough surface sheet 3 is abutted to a skin surface after removing a release paper 41, an adhesive part 31a at the tip of each projecting part 31 on the sheet 3 is adhered to hair existing at the part to be hair-removed. At the time of separating the sheet 3 from the sheet 1, hair existing at the part to be hair-removed is pulled out onto the upper surface of the sheet 1 by the adhesive force of the adhesive part 31a. At the time of adhering a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 onto the sheet 1 after removing a release paper 42, the net-like sheet 1 is in the state of being interposed between the adhesive sheet 2 and the part to be hair- removed, thereby an adhesive layer 2a of the sheet 2 does not direct contact with the skin surface. At the time of tearing off this sheet 2 next, the hair pulled out on the sheet 1 is pulled off and pain with the removal of hair is reduced.
