The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 has an adhesive layer 3 laminated on a substrate 2 composed of a thermoplastic resin such as a low-density polyethylene. The adhesive layer 3 is formed by the extrusion lamination on a filmy substrate 2 or by the coextrusion of the adhesive layer 3 and the substrate 2. The adhesive layer 3 is made of e.g. a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or a composition composed of a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
