PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which is seldom peeled from the adherend even when a stress is generated in the state stuck to the adherend, can be easily peeled from the adherend without leaving adhesive on the adherend after the object is fulfilled by forming a layer of a pressure- sensitive adhesive containing an elastomer, a phenolic resin and a crosslinking agent in a specified ratio on a support.
SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. elastomer having a modulus of 0.01-500 g/mm2 (this modulus is defined as the strength at 100% elongation at a tensile rate of 0.3 m/min) is mixed with 1-25 pts.wt. phenolic resin and 5-15 pts.wt. crosslinking agent such as a sulfur compound, a peroxide or a metal oxide, and the mixture is dissolved in an organic solvent to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive. This adhesive is applied to a support made from e.g. a polyethylene or a polypropylene and having a thickness of 10-100 μm, desirably 30-60 μm optionally through a printed layer having a thickness of 0.5-6 μm, desirably 1-3 μm and made from an ink having groups having active hydrogen atoms and dried to form an adhesive layer having a thickness of 10-50 μm, desirably 15-30 μm.
