Title:
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE TAPE FOR MANUFACTURING PLASTIC LENS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3550527
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for manufacturing a plastic lens which can efficiently manufacture a plastic lens without generating a chip, cloudiness, and an air bubble on the outer periphery of a plastic lens after curing.
SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for manufacturing a plastic lens is constituted of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 which is composed of a 10-40 μm-thick platinum based addition reaction type silicone resin and is set to have a tack of 3.9-14.7 N/25 mm, a holding power of 3-10 min, and a peeling force to the self back surface of 3.9-9.8 N/25 mm and is provided on one side of a substrate 1 which is composed of a 22-40 μm-thick polyethylene terephthalate film. The above pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is preferably provided on one side of the above substrate 1 through a gas barrier layer 4.
