PURPOSE: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet which is free from a decrease in pressure-sensitive adhesive force caused by a plasticizer in a base material film layer and a plasticizer in an adherend in a pressure- sensitive adhesive layer by using an acrylic copolymer contg. a specified amt. of N-vinylpyrrolidone as a main component.

CONSTITUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet consisting of a base material film layer wherein a vinyl chloride resin contg. a plasticizer is a main ingredient and an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the pressure- sensitive adhesive layer is made of an acrylic copolymer contg. 50wt.% or more 4-14C alkyl (meth)acrylate and 3-30wt.% N-vinylpyrrolidone as a main component. It is possible thereby to suppress effectively transfer of a plasticizer in the base material of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet or a plasticizer in an adherend into the pressure-sensitive adhesive and to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet free from a decrease in the pressure- sensitive adhesive force.
