Abstract:
To provide a pressure-sensitive sensor device, a touch sensor device, and an information processing device having high pressure sensitivity that can detect pressure even when a change in the distance between two pressure-sensitive sensor electrodes due to pressing is small.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive sensor device 10 comprises: a first pressure sensitive sensor electrode 11; a second pressure-sensitive sensor electrode 12 which is disposed at a predetermined distance from the first pressure-sensitive sensor electrode and has a third capacitance mutually with the first pressure-sensitive sensor electrode; a third pressure-sensitive sensor electrode 13 having a first capacitance mutually with the first pressure-sensitive sensor electrode and a second capacitance mutually with the second pressure-sensitive sensor electrode; a first signal generation unit 3 for applying a signal to the first pressure-sensitive sensor electrode; and a second signal generation unit 4 for applying a signal to the third pressure-sensitive sensor electrode. A detection unit 1 is comprised that detects a change amount of signals output from the first signal generation unit and the second signal generation unit according to the change amount in the first to third capacitances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
