Title:
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004028883
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a pressure-sensitive sensor sheet 1 of high detection precision capable of detecting low pressure.

A pointer 10 of a protrusion is provided on an outer surface of a base film 3 to correspond to each pressure-sensitive sensor 2, and slits 3a, 4a of cutout holes are provided in the base film 3 and a base film 4 to surround a spacer 8 in an outer circumferential side of the spacer 8 in the each sensor 2. A deformation amount of the base film 3 gets large thereby, when pressure is applied, compared with that in a conventional pressure-sensitive sensor, to make the lowest pressure detectable by the sensor 2 lower than that in the conventional pressure-sensitive sensor. Tension force from an outside of the pressure-sensitive sensor 2 is retrained from acting on the sensor 2 by the slits 3a,4a to realize the sensor sheet 1 of the high detection precision.
