PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with a pressure sensor which improves the accuracy of detecting a touch, and the pressure sensor.SOLUTION: Provided is a display device 100 equipped with a pressure sensor, comprising: a plurality of first electrodes 56 discretely provided at points overlapping a display area M; a plurality of dielectric layers 68 discretely provided on each of the plurality of first electrodes 56; a plurality of second electrodes 58 provided on the plurality of dielectric layers 68; an elasticity layer 67 provided in an area on each of the plurality of first electrodes 56 that does not overlap the plurality of dielectric layers 68 and the plurality of second electrodes 58; and a third electrode 66 continuously provided in an area overlapping the plurality of first electrodes 56, the plurality of dielectric layers 67, the plurality of second electrodes 58 and the plurality of elasticity layers 67, the third electrode 66 being separated from the dielectric layers 68 and the second electrodes 58, the elasticity layer 67 being provided in contact with the first electrodes 56 and the third electrode 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
