Abstract:
To provide a pressure sensor for imparting a highly accurate measuring result, enduring a high pressure, and designable so as to surely function even when there is a large pressure difference or temperature difference.
In this pressure sensor having a casing 11 having the inside sealed by a film 13 and a signal generating means 21 for generating a signal when the film 13 is deformed, the pressure sensor has a deformable measuring member 20 additionally arranged on the film 13 and connected to the film 13, and the signal generating means 21 is connected to the measuring member 20 so as to generate a signal when the measuring member is deformed.
