This pressure sensor 1 is constituted by providing the pressure sensitive part 5 in contact with a solution introduced from a passage, and the sensor element 4 for detecting a stress applied to the pressure sensitive part 5 in a housing 2 where the passage 3 is formed. An aluminum foil 9 is provided as a conductive layer between the pressure sensitive part 5 and the sensor element 4, and the aluminum foil 9 is earthed. The static electricity accumulated in the pressure sensitive part 5 is relieved by being discharged to the earthed aluminum foil 9 without reaching the sensor element 4.
