Abstract:
To provide a small and thin pressure sensor capable of easily performing customization suitable for measurement of various shearing forces.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor can measure pressure and shear force. Two or more sensor elements capable of measuring the same applied pressure are continuously arranged on a pressure-sensitive surface of the pressure sensor in the same direction. A pressure dispersion layer is formed so as to cover all the sensor elements. A pressure deflection mechanism is formed that inclines with a center of gravity of the whole of the plurality of sensors being a fulcrum on the pressure dispersion layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
