Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure sensor provided with a diaphragm which is not damaged at the time of detecting the combustion pressure of an engine while the engine is fully operated. CONSTITUTION:A stem 7 equipped with a diaphragm 40 and pressure detecting section 2 is fitted to the case 1 of the title pressure sensor and inside of the stem 7 is filled up with silicone oil 5. The diameter and thickness of the diaphragm 40 are respectively set at 7.5-8.5mm and 35-45mum.
