Title:
PRESSURE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05340831
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure sensor which is excellently stabilized against temperature changes, high-temperature environments, and mechanical vibrations which are to be taken into account at the time of detecting the inflation pressure of tires, can be easily manufactured, and is less in characteristic fluctuation at the time of manufacturing. CONSTITUTION:When a diaphragm 93c is displaced due to a pressure difference between fluids acting on both surfaces of the diaphragm 93c, the gap length between a magnetic film 93d on the diaphragm 93c and coil 92 near the film 93d changes and, as a result, the inductance of the coil 92 changes. The inductance change of the coil 92, namely, the pressure difference can be easily detected electrically as the modulated component of the electric current supplied to the coil 92 when an AC current is supplied to the coil 92.
