Title:
PRESSURE SUPPRESSION DEVICE FOR LIQUEFIED CHLOROFLUOROCARBON
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013224798
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a pressure suppression device for liquefied chlorofluorocarbon, which exhibits excellent cooling efficiency of the liquefied chlorofluorocarbon passing through a pipe and suppresses oil accumulation within the pipe.

A pressure suppression device 10 for liquefied chlorofluorocarbon is provided with: a pipe member 14 into which the liquefied chlorofluorocarbon is made to pass; and dry ice 16. The pipe member 14 includes: a liquefied chlorofluorocarbon introduction part 26; a liquefied chlorofluorocarbon lead-out part 28; and a pipe 30 which is interposed between the liquefied chlorofluorocarbon introduction part 26 and the liquefied chlorofluorocarbon lead-out part 28 and which is made of copper, wherein the pipe 30 is folded back on the same plane multiple times to form a liquefied chlorofluorocarbon cooling part 32, and the dry ice 16 is closely adhered to both of the upper and lower surfaces of the liquefied chlorofluorocarbon cooling part 32.
